Jeremy Scott and Longchamp’s New "Greetings from New York" Le Pliage Is 20 Years of Collaboration on a Single Bag

Longchamp and Jeremy Scott launched the "Greetings from New York" Le Pliage bag on June 12, 2024, to commemorate two decades of their creative partnership. This limited-edition item is exclusively available at La Maison Unique in SoHo and online, coinciding with a Jeremy Scott retrospective exhibition at La Maison Unique that runs until July 5. The bag's design features the Manhattan skyline on the front, presented as a travel snapshot, and a handwritten postcard message on the back that reads "Wish you were here! Love, Jeremy." This release is part of a larger celebration that includes Longchamp's participation in the Comité Colbert "Hidden Treasure" exhibition at The Shed. The "Greetings from New York" design follows a travel-postcard theme established in previous collaborations, including "Greetings from Paris," "Greetings from Hollywood," and "Greetings from Paradise." The collaboration between Longchamp and Jeremy Scott began in 2006 with the launch of Scott's limited-edition luggage line, "This is not your Bag," at the opening of Longchamp's SoHo store, marking the initial geographic origin of their partnership.
