SKIMS Taps Supreme Veteran Erin Magee as First Chief Design Officer

SKIMS, the shapewear and apparel brand founded by Kim Kardashian, has made a significant strategic hire by appointing Erin Magee as its first-ever Chief Design Officer. The announcement, made on August 24, also included the promotion of Kim Schraub to the newly created role of Chief Brand Officer. This move comes shortly after Magee concluded her 22-year tenure at Supreme, the iconic and highly influential streetwear label. Magee's career at Supreme began in 2004, and over her two decades with the company, she held a variety of positions, contributing to the brand's enduring success and global appeal. Beyond her work at Supreme, Magee is also the founder of Mademe, a women's streetwear brand she launched in 2007. Mademe has a notable history of collaborations with established brands such as Doc Martens and Alpha Industries, as well as with Courtney Love's band Hole, showcasing Magee's ability to forge impactful partnerships and her understanding of diverse market segments within the fashion landscape.
