Jais 3 is a family of Arabic-centric open models from MBZUAI's Institute of Foundation Models and Inception42, released on October 15, 2026 in sizes from 0.9B to 375B parameters and built on IFM's K2 Horizon models. The largest, Jais-3-375B-A23B, is made for Arabic and English assistant and agentic work, including reasoning and tool use.
