AI Model Comparison
Side-by-side comparison of pricing, context window, benchmarks, capabilities, and license. Every figure comes from the developer's own pages, last checked on ; each model's page lists its sources. A figure we could not source shows as a dash.
Model A — Google DeepMind
Gemini 3.5 Flash-Lite is a low-latency, lower-cost Gemini model, made generally available on July 21, 2026, for subagent tasks, document parsing and high-volume workflows. It takes text, image, video, audio and PDF input and returns text.
Model B — Alibaba
Qwen3.8-Max is a native vision-language model from Alibaba’s Qwen team, which Qwen calls its flagship, a 2.4-trillion-parameter Mixture-of-Experts model with hybrid thinking (on by default) and a 1M-token context window. Its open-weight counterpart, Qwen3.8-2.4T-A95B, has 95B activated parameters.

Bold green values indicate the winner on that dimension where comparison is meaningful (lower price wins; bigger context wins; more open license wins; newer date wins). Prices are the ones each developer lists today; a model it no longer prices has none.
