YZi Labs ends proxy war with BNB treasury company CEA Industries

YZi Labs and BNB treasury company CEA Industries reached an agreement to end their proxy dispute on March 18, 2024. As part of the settlement, YZi Labs partner Alex Odagiu has been appointed interim president of CEA Industries, with a search for a permanent chief executive to commence. Ella Zhang, head of YZi Labs, and Matthew Roszak have also been appointed to the board of directors at CEA Industries. This resolution aims to stabilize CEA Industries and facilitate its future operations, concluding a period of internal conflict that had impacted the company's governance.
