Wolves re-sign striker Jimenez from Fulham

Wolverhampton Wanderers re-signed striker Raul Jimenez from Premier League club Fulham on a free transfer on July 2, 2024. Jimenez, who joined Wolves in 2018, has signed a one-year contract with the option for a further year. He previously played for Fulham on loan in the latter half of the 2023-2024 season, scoring one goal in 12 appearances across all competitions. Prior to his loan at Fulham, Jimenez spent six seasons with Wolves, netting 57 goals in 166 appearances. His initial transfer to Wolves from Benfica in 2019 was made permanent for a reported £30 million after a successful loan spell. The club stated that Jimenez's experience and leadership will be valuable assets as they prepare for the upcoming Premier League campaign.
