This collection represents a continued and refined exploration of American Minimalism, a core tenet of the Calvin Klein brand since its inception by Calvin Klein himself in 1968. Leoni's approach, characterized by a "discipline of removal," emphasizes the essential relationship between garment and body, achieved through precise and intentional restraint. The presentation itself was an immersive experience, with three floor sculptures by the renowned minimalist artist Walter De Maria integrated into the runway space, allowing models and the audience to move in parallel.
