Ubersuggest Integrates With ChatGPT for Live SEO Data

Ubersuggest launched an official app integration within ChatGPT this week, enabling users to access live SEO data directly within their AI conversations. This integration aims to bridge the gap for marketers and content creators who previously had to manually switch between tools to gather crucial ranking and keyword competitiveness information. The Ubersuggest ChatGPT app functions as a native integration, built on OpenAI's App platform and Model Context Protocol (MCP), allowing ChatGPT to directly call Ubersuggest's APIs in real time.

The initial phase of the integration focuses on live keyword research. When a user asks ChatGPT a question requiring keyword data, the app fetches information from Ubersuggest's database of over 100 million keywords. This includes specific metrics such as monthly search volume, a keyword difficulty score ranging from 0 to 100, semantically related keywords, keyword suggestions for variations and long-tail opportunities, and SERP (Search Engine Results Page) data detailing current rankings and content types dominating a term. This provides ChatGPT with actual, up-to-date data rather than relying solely on its training data.

Future updates to the Ubersuggest ChatGPT app are planned, with domain analysis slated to be the next feature. This upcoming capability will allow users to pull traffic estimates and identify top-performing pages for specific domains directly within the ChatGPT interface. The integration is designed to streamline workflows for users who leverage ChatGPT for content ideation, outlining, copywriting, and overall marketing strategy, by embedding actionable SEO insights directly into the AI's responses.
