Lenovo has developed an artificial intelligence tool named Football AI Pro that provides all 48 participating teams in the FIFA World Cup with access to the tournament's data. This system functions as a knowledge assistant, coordinating multiple AI agents that analyze over 2,000 football-specific metrics and petabytes of tracking, performance, and historical data. The initiative ensures that every team, regardless of their experience level, begins the tournament with an identical data foundation. The Football AI Pro software is also accessible on teams' mobile phones, allowing players and coaching staffs direct access to performance insights. A source close to FIFA indicated that teams and players are utilizing the tool extensively post-match to review individual and team performance and compare it with historical games. Lenovo's involvement extends beyond providing scouting reports.
