Rechat Integrates ChatGPT, Claude for Real Estate Workflows

Rechat launched the Rechat MCP Server on March 18, 2024, a new integration designed to enable AI assistants, including OpenAI's ChatGPT and Anthropic's Claude, to directly execute tasks within the Rechat platform. This development allows real estate agents to manage contacts, initiate marketing campaigns, and monitor transactions using natural language commands, thereby streamlining their existing business workflows. The integration is built upon the Model Context Protocol (MCP), which connects AI assistants directly to Rechat's operational system. Emil Sedgh, chief technology officer of Rechat, emphasized the necessity of structure and trust for AI to perform "real work," stating that "Every tool on the MCP Server is scoped to a real workflow and secured with OAuth." This approach moves beyond merely providing AI with access to information, instead embedding Rechat's functionalities within the AI tools agents already utilize. The MCP Server facilitates AI-driven completion of tasks related to contacts, deals, marketing campaigns, and transaction statuses. Agents can leverage this integration to manage client information and set reminders, generate marketing content such as email campaigns, social media posts, and property listing websites, and inquire about the progress of ongoing transactions. Rechat's design prioritizes real estate-specific workflows, ensuring AI assistants operate in a manner consistent with how agents naturally conduct their business, rather than simply exposing raw data. Shayan Hamidi, founder and CEO of Rechat, positioned this move as analogous to other major platforms opening up to AI, noting, "Every major platform is opening up to AI. TikTok and Meta did it for advertisers; Rechat is doing it for real estate." He further described Rechat as a "super app" that will function as the "operating system AI runs on." The integration employs OAuth authentication and permission-based access controls to ensure that AI assistants can only perform actions for which an individual agent has explicit authorization within the Rechat environment. This MCP Server expands Rechat's artificial intelligence capabilities beyond its in-house assistant, Lucy, empowering agents to utilize external AI tools while maintaining continuous connectivity to Rechat's data and operational processes. The Rechat MCP Server is now available to agents.
