Pharrell Williams and adidas are set to release the Pharrell x adidas VIRGINIA Adistar Jellyfish “Auburn Timber” in September 2026. This new footwear collaboration is designed to transition into colder weather, incorporating heavy earth-toned textures with strategic neon accents. The Adistar Jellyfish silhouette is characterized by its complex, layered architecture, making it a distinctive piece within Pharrell's experimental VIRGINIA range.

The sneaker's design features a dark brown "Auburn" mesh base, reinforced by tonal, organic synthetic overlays on the toe cap, quarter panels, and heel counters. To add structural definition and visual contrast, the design incorporates high-visibility electric yellow accents on the forefoot wraps, midsole sections, and the model's signature external skeletal cage. Off-white support structures and black hardware provide stark boundaries, balancing the intricate design.

Key aesthetic elements include radical, organic curved support beams that extend from the upper lace stays down to the heel counter, visually referencing the anatomy of a jellyfish. This design was first seen on Pharrell Williams' feet during Paris Fashion Week in 2025, and the retail version remains faithful to its initial runway appearance. The sneaker will retail for $300 USD and will be available through adidas.
