Orlando Bloom Relists Malibu Home With $2M Price Cut

Orlando Bloom has relisted his Malibu beach house for $9,999,999, a substantial price reduction of more than $2 million from its initial asking price. The "Pirates of the Caribbean" star initially put the 4,181-square-foot property on the market in March for $12 million. The price was later lowered to $11.45 million before the home was delisted on June 23. Bloom purchased the five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom residence in 2011 for $2.5 million. The property has undergone renovations, described in the listing as "restored and reimagined by renowned artist and furniture designer Roy McMakin." The home is also available for rent at $35,000 per month. This marks Bloom's second attempt to sell the longtime residence after it was previously taken off the market just weeks ago. The estate is situated on a private gated street in Western Malibu, described as being "set just above the sand."
