Yolanda Hadid Withdraws $11 Million Pennsylvania Farm Listing

Yolanda Hadid has withdrawn her 30-acre Pennsylvania farm from the market for the second time, just three months after relisting it for $10.88 million. The former reality star initially listed the property in September 2025, stating her readiness to pass on its stewardship. The farm went under offer shortly thereafter, but the deal ultimately fell through, leading Hadid to delist the property.

Hadid later described the failed sale as a "gift," allowing her and her family, including daughters Gigi and Bella Hadid, to spend more time at the Bucks County property, particularly during the holiday season. Following additional updates, including the planting of over 3,000 lavender plants, she relisted the farm in April at the same asking price. However, by June 26, property records indicated the listing had been withdrawn.

A source close to Hadid confirmed that she has decided to "hold on to the property for now." It remains uncertain if she will relist the farm in the future. The property, previously listed for $11 million, was relisted for $10.88 million after the initial deal fell out of escrow.
