HGTV Star Taniya Nayak Opens Doors to Stunning Boston Penthouse Where She’s Plotting Her ‘Rock the Block’ Redemption

HGTV and Food Network star Taniya Nayak opened the doors to her Milton, Massachusetts, penthouse, which she purchased in 2007. Nayak, founder of Taniya Nayak Design, has utilized her interior decorating expertise on various shows, including HGTV's “Battle on the Beach” and Food Network's “Restaurant: Impossible.” She has also designed spaces for notable clients such as Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry, former Boston Bruins player Patrice Bergeron, and entrepreneur Ayesha Curry. Nayak recently received an honorary doctorate from the Boston Architectural College, an institution she attended for interior architecture after initially pursuing a business marketing degree. Her career path shifted towards design despite her father, an architect, initially encouraging a business focus. Nayak's design work now extends to restaurants in addition to residential projects. She recently participated in Season 7 of HGTV's "Rock the Block" with Drew Lachey.
