Google's DeepMind released Gemini 3.5 Flash Cyber on Tuesday, a new artificial intelligence model specifically engineered to identify, confirm, and remediate software vulnerabilities. This specialized AI is built upon the existing Gemini 3.5 Flash architecture, aiming to accelerate the process of securing software.

The model is intended to operate with enhanced speed and efficiency in detecting security flaws. According to Google, Gemini 3.5 Flash Cyber will be accessible exclusively to government entities and select trusted partners. This limited access is facilitated through CodeMender, a platform integrated into a pilot program.
