Google is testing or rolling out AI-generated summaries within citation cards for its AI Overviews feature in Google Search. These cards, which appear on the right or bottom of AI Overviews, can now display AI summary snippets or descriptions.
This feature aims to provide users with AI-generated summaries directly within the citation cards presented alongside search results.
