Rove Adds Frontier Miles With 25% Transfer Bonus

Rove announced its newest transfer partner, Frontier Miles, on an unspecified date, marking the first time Frontier Airlines' loyalty program has partnered with a transferable credit card rewards currency. To celebrate this integration, Rove is offering a 25% transfer bonus on all miles transferred to Frontier Miles, valid until July 31. This new partnership allows Rove members to convert their Rove miles into Frontier miles at a 1:1 ratio, which becomes a 1:1.25 ratio with the current bonus.

Previously, Frontier Miles' only other transfer partner was Marriott Bonvoy, which offered a less favorable 3:1 transfer ratio. While Frontier Miles may not facilitate aspirational redemptions like international business-class flights, it is considered a solid program for travelers who frequently fly Frontier. Based on The Points Guy's July 2026 valuations, Frontier Miles are typically redeemable for approximately 1.3 cents per mile.

Since its launch approximately one year ago, Rove has rapidly expanded its network of transfer partners. The program enables members to earn miles on various spending categories, including everyday purchases and travel, with potential earnings of up to 28 miles per dollar on select hotels. Rove members can also benefit from double-dipping hotel rewards at certain properties.

While Rove miles may offer greater value when transferred to other partners, such as Air France-KLM Flying Blue or Virgin Atlantic Flying Club, the addition of Frontier Miles provides a valuable option for those planning trips to destinations served by Frontier Airlines across the U.S., Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central America. Travelers are encouraged to compare Frontier's award prices to determine if transferring Rove miles is the most beneficial strategy for their travel plans.
