Paulo Gabriel da Silva Barros, 40, and Katyucia Lie Hoshino, 36, who hold the Guinness World Record for the world's shortest married couple, have revealed the extensive modifications made to their home in Itapeva, São Paulo, Brazil. The couple, who tied the knot in 2016, are featured in the TLC documentary-reality series "Most Extreme Humans," which showcases individuals overcoming extraordinary challenges.
