DuBois and Grimmy have a notable performance history, including appearances on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" and "Late Night with David Letterman." They also performed during Britney Spears' "Circus World Tour." More recently, they were part of the cast for the film "The Greatest Showman," alongside actors like Hugh Jackman, Zendaya, and Zac Efron.

The loft itself reflects their careers, with soaring ceilings and a rig originally used for Grimmy's aerial silks, which now holds a hanging egg chair. The unit features a two-story open floor plan within the former Cocoline Chocolate Company building.
