Camper and ISSEY MIYAKE Launch Anna Sock Boot

Camper and ISSEY MIYAKE have unveiled Anna, a new collaborative footwear line designed to offer a seamless wearing experience akin to slipping on socks. The collection was designed by Camper in partnership with Satoshi Kondo, the women's line designer at ISSEY MIYAKE. Anna features a distinctive pointed base and a low heel, complemented by a precision-knit upper crafted from a soft TENCEL™-blend fabric. This material, derived from sustainably sourced wood fibres, is designed to wrap the foot and lower leg, emphasizing comfort, support, and the natural form of the wearer.

The footwear's design juxtaposes the soft, sock-like upper with a highly structured, streamlined base. This foundation includes a sharp, pointed toe and a subtle low heel, providing a firm silhouette. The outsole is made of ridged rubber, intended to facilitate versatile styling and everyday wear. Anna is available in two distinct cuts: a low slip-on shoe offered in black and beige, and a higher-cut boot available in black, vivid blue, and dark navy.

Branding on the Anna collection is intentionally understated, adhering to a minimalist aesthetic that transcends conventional garment design rules. The only visible branding is a contrasting co-branded "CAMPER ISSEY MIYAKE" logo discreetly stamped onto the interior insole. The collection is set to be released on July 15 and will be available for purchase through Camper and ISSEY MIYAKE retail channels.
