Sialelli, previously the creative director at Lanvin, is now working within Balenciaga's couture studio ahead of the debut of its new creative director, Pierpaolo Piccioli. This move marks a significant shift for Sialelli, who spent six years at Lanvin, a tenure that began in January 2018. His departure from Lanvin was confirmed in February 2024.
