Yolanda Hadid Gets Engaged to Real Estate Mogul Randy Kendrick—2 Months After Relisting Farm Where She Met Ex-Fiance Joey Jingoli

Yolanda Hadid is engaged to real estate developer Randall "Randy" Kendrick, according to sources who spoke to TMZ this week. The engagement follows Hadid's split from ex-fiancé Joseph Jingoli in January 2025, after a six-year relationship. Kendrick, the founder and CEO of Xebec, a national logistics real estate platform since 1996, also serves as CEO of Sandow Lakes Ranch Venture LLC. This venture is developing a 33,000-acre property in Texas into a master-planned community featuring advanced manufacturing, commercial, retail, leisure, and residential areas. Hadid, 62, is mother to supermodels Gigi Hadid, 31, and Bella Hadid, 29, and reportedly splits her time between properties in Texas and Pennsylvania. Kendrick, an alumnus of the University of Southern California, is based in Dallas.
