Windermere Real Estate Names Diana Wall Chief Growth Officer

Windermere Real Estate announced on Monday the creation of a new Chief Growth Officer position and the appointment of Diana Wall to lead the company's expansion efforts across its independent brokerage platform. Wall brings nearly three decades of experience in the residential real estate sector to the Seattle-based firm. Her previous role at Douglas Elliman involved serving as executive director of global growth, where she focused on expanding the company's international presence and exploring new growth opportunities.

Prior to Douglas Elliman, Wall held senior leadership positions at Anywhere Real Estate, contributing to franchise development initiatives, and at RE/MAX, where she was involved in business expansion strategies for the brokerage network. Windermere has characterized this new role as a strategic move towards sustainable growth, emphasizing long-term development over rapid acquisitions. As Chief Growth Officer, Wall will be responsible for franchise development, mergers and acquisitions, new market entry, and organizational transformation, according to the company's announcement. She will be based in Denver.
