Universal Pictures has acquired the feature remake rights to the 2012 Korean crime thriller "Confession of Murder." The studio has tapped Chris MacBride to write the script for the upcoming remake. Barnstorm Productions' Glen Powell and Dan Cohen are set to produce the film, alongside Winged Tiger's Naomi Funabashi and Rishi Rajani.
