Tripti Kasal Appointed CEO of Women’s Council of Realtors

Tripti Kasal was appointed CEO of the Women’s Council of Realtors this week, taking the helm of the 9,000-member organization. Kasal, a seasoned residential real estate executive, will focus on preparing and supporting women for senior leadership positions across various sectors of the industry, including brokerages, associations, MLSs, technology firms, advocacy, entrepreneurship, and community development. This initiative addresses the persistent underrepresentation of women in executive roles, despite women constituting the majority of Realtors since 1978 and currently making up 62% of the profession.

Kasal brings over 25 years of diverse experience in residential real estate, encompassing brokerage operations, market expansion, talent acquisition, coaching, marketing, business development, and member engagement. Her background includes a significant role in launching and scaling an internet-based residential brokerage's Chicago operations, growing its sales team from five to over 40 agents in under a year. She also owned a boutique brokerage in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood.

Prior to her new role, Kasal spent a decade in senior leadership at Baird & Warner, where she most recently served as senior vice president and regional manager for the Chicago metropolitan area. Her most recent position was senior vice president of member engagement for Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. Cheryl Keller, 2026 national president of the Women’s Council of Realtors, expressed confidence in Kasal's qualifications to expand the organization's impact in developing capable leaders for the real estate sector.
