Touring Superleggera Pops the Top off Its Veloce12 Supercar

Touring Superleggera unveiled the Veloce12 Aperta on May 15, 2024, a convertible variant of its Veloce12 supercar. This new model features a removable targa top, allowing for an open-air driving experience. The Veloce12 Aperta retains the core design and performance specifications of the original Veloce12, which was introduced in early 2024. The supercar is powered by a naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 engine, producing 840 horsepower at 8,300 rpm and 500 lb-ft of torque. This powertrain enables a top speed exceeding 211 mph and a 0-60 mph acceleration time of just 2.9 seconds. The chassis is constructed from carbon fiber and aluminum, contributing to a dry weight of approximately 3,300 pounds. The Veloce12 Aperta is a limited production model, with only 24 units planned for manufacture. Pricing for the Veloce12 Aperta starts at €1.5 million, with deliveries expected to commence in the first quarter of 2025. Touring Superleggera, an Italian coachbuilder founded in 1926, is known for its bespoke automotive creations.
