Stylish Joshua Tree Hotel, RESET, Now Bookable with Marriott Bonvoy Points

The RESET Hotel, strategically located in Twentynine Palms and a mere five minutes from the park's north entrance, is now bookable using Marriott Bonvoy points. This development is particularly noteworthy as RESET Hotel represents the inaugural new property to be integrated into Marriott Bonvoy's Outdoor Collection since its official launch in September 2025. The Outdoor Collection by Marriott Bonvoy was conceived with a specific vision: to cater to adventurers who desire a profound immersion in nature while simultaneously expecting the refined comforts that ensure a stay is both effortless and luxurious. Diana Plazas-Trowbridge, Chief Lodging Product & Services Officer for U.S. & Canada at Marriott International, highlighted this balance, stating that RESET Hotel "strikes that balance perfectly."

The RESET Hotel itself opened its doors in July of the preceding year, marking a significant milestone as the first entirely new hotel construction in Twentynine Palms in over 15 years. The property offers a distinctive lodging experience that artfully navigates the space between traditional hotel accommodations and the more rustic appeal of glamping. It comprises 65 modular guest rooms, ingeniously designed to resemble shipping containers, thoughtfully dispersed across an expansive 180-acre parcel of high desert landscape. These accommodations embody a minimalist and contemporary aesthetic, characterized by the use of natural colors and textures that echo the surrounding environment. A key design principle is the seamless integration of indoor and outdoor living spaces, meticulously crafted to allow guests to fully absorb and appreciate the singular desert setting. Each guest room features expansive glass doors that open onto private patios. Some of these patios offer direct views of the iconic Joshua Tree National Park. Enhancing the outdoor experience, every patio is equipped with a Solo Stove fire pit, a comfortable daybed, and a dedicated stargazing platform, enabling guests to fully capitalize on the exceptionally dark desert skies, renowned for their celestial clarity. For an elevated level of indulgence, the Mountain King Suites further enhance the connection with nature by incorporating private outdoor stone soaking tubs, presenting an idyllic setting for tranquil stargazing.
