Marvel Studios and Disney released the first official trailer for Avengers: Doomsday this week, providing a glimpse into the film's multiversal conflict. Directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, the trailer prominently features Robert Downey Jr. in his new role as the masked antagonist Victor von Doom. This marks a significant shift for the actor, moving away from his iconic portrayal of Iron Man.

The trailer includes a warning from Chris Hemsworth's Thor, urging heroes to unite against an overwhelming threat. A notable moment in the footage shows Chris Evans appearing alongside Hemsworth, with Evans grabbing Thor's hammer, eliciting surprise from the God of Thunder. This scene builds on prior teasers that hinted at character crossovers, including appearances by Letitia Wright's Black Panther and James Marsden's Cyclops.
