Team Dresch Return With First Album in 30 Years

Team Dresch released their first album in 30 years, Furthermore, on September 27, 2024. The queercore band, known for their influential sound in the 1990s, announced the upcoming release of the 11-track album via their label, Hardly Art. Furthermore was produced by the band and engineered by Beau Vallis, with mixing and mastering handled by Beau Vallis and John Golden respectively. The album features contributions from original members Kaia Wilson, Jody Bleyle, and Marci Glick, alongside drummer Nick John. The announcement follows a period of reunion shows and festival appearances for the band, marking a significant return to recording after their last album, "Captain My Captain," released in 1995. The lead single, "Your Love Is A Trap," was released on July 17, 2024, offering a preview of the new material.
