Taylor Morrison Names Jeremy Hampson Jacksonville Division President

Taylor Morrison appointed Jeremy Hampson as president of its Jacksonville division this week, leveraging his nearly 15 years of experience in the homebuilding industry to drive strategic growth. Hampson joins Taylor Morrison from Freehold Capital Management, where he previously held the position of division president for Florida. Prior to that, he spent close to 11 years with Toll Brothers' Jacksonville division, progressing through various project management and land acquisition roles, ultimately serving as vice president of land acquisition.

Steve Kempton, Taylor Morrison's area president, stated that Hampson's leadership, work ethic, and extensive knowledge of the Florida market will be instrumental as the company aims to expand its presence in the Jacksonville region. Kempton expressed confidence that Hampson's expertise in developing large-scale master-planned communities will be particularly beneficial for the division's continued growth and the recent introduction of the Esplanade brand in Jacksonville. Hampson holds a bachelor's degree in management from Missouri State University and an MBA in finance from Lindenwood University.

Hampson is an active participant in the Florida real estate community. He serves as a member of the Florida ULI Product Council for Community Development and the Association of Florida Community Developers. Additionally, he has contributed to the board of directors for the Northeast Florida Builders Association. Hampson conveyed his enthusiasm for the Jacksonville division's team and expressed excitement for future endeavors, emphasizing his passion for the Florida real estate sector and his commitment to delivering quality homes, enhancing customer care, and positively impacting the communities served.

The Jacksonville division of Taylor Morrison currently manages six active communities. The division recently initiated sales for its inaugural Esplanade resort lifestyle community in the market, named Esplanade at St. Marys. This community is situated near the Georgia-Florida border and encompasses 1,250 acres.
