Stellar MLS Adds Realtors Association of Citrus County as Shareholder

Stellar MLS announced this week that the Realtors Association of Citrus County (RACC) has become its newest corporate shareholder. This strategic partnership will integrate RACC's approximately 950 members into Stellar MLS's technology platform, data resources, and support systems, while RACC will maintain its independence as an association. Stellar MLS will now serve as the exclusive MLS provider for RACC.

Shayne Fairley, CEO of Stellar MLS, stated that the agreement is a significant step in broadening the marketplace's reach and strength. He highlighted that the collaboration will create increased opportunities for RACC members and existing Stellar customers by providing access to a larger inventory, improved technology, and a more interconnected real estate network. Founded in 1952, RACC offers educational programs, advocacy, and professional resources to brokers and agents across Citrus County.

Keith Pullias, president of RACC, emphasized the association's commitment to member success and noted that the decision to join Stellar MLS was a direct response to member feedback. He described the move as more than a technological upgrade, framing it as a commitment to delivering the resources, reach, and opportunities that Realtors had requested. Marsha Coleman, association executive at RACC, further elaborated that member input was paramount in the decision-making process, confirming that the desire for access to Stellar MLS was a consistent message from their members over several years.
