Steiff Releases Ultra-Exclusive Pikachu Figure for Pokémon's 30th Anniversary

Steiff, the premium German plush manufacturer, has announced the release of a limited-edition Steiff Pokémon Pikachu Collector's Figure to commemorate the franchise's 30th anniversary. This collaboration merges high-end craftsmanship with one of pop culture's most iconic characters. The handcrafted figure measures 21 centimeters tall and is made from high-quality yellow mohair, reflecting Steiff's luxury heritage.

Each Pikachu figure features Steiff's signature gold-plated button trademark on its ear, signifying its authenticity and premium quality. In a move to honor the franchise's history, the production of this exclusive collectible is strictly limited to 1,996 units globally. This number directly references the year 1996, when Pokémon was first introduced.

The initial release will include 350 individually numbered pieces, available through official Steiff channels. This early access aims to cater to dedicated collectors before the remaining inventory is distributed to select global retail locations later in the summer.
