Biles shared on Instagram Stories that the undisclosed incident was "one of, if not the scariest experience of my life," noting the added distress of her husband's absence. She posted an image of her wrist adorned with multiple hospital bands, indicating a recent hospitalization. Biles stated she has been resting in bed and intends to explain the events leading to the scare "sooner or later." She expressed gratitude to her "close circle" for their support, including visits, messages, and flowers. Accompanying her account, Biles shared photos of floral arrangements and an image of herself in bed with her dogs. She also posted a screenshot from her Oura Ring, which showed a resting heart rate of 126 beats per minute, considered high, and indicated significant heart rate fluctuations overnight. Biles and Owens recently moved into a custom-built mansion in Spring, Texas.
