Shannen Doherty’s Longtime Malibu Home Sells for $7.7 Million—2 Years After Actress Died From Cancer

Shannen Doherty's Malibu home sold for $7.65 million on an unspecified date in late 2024, approximately two years after her death from cancer on July 13, 2024. Doherty originally purchased the 5,400-square-foot property, which features five bedrooms, in 2004 for $2.56 million. The actress, who considered the home her "sanctuary," had it listed for $9.5 million in August 2025 by her friend and realtor Chris Cortazzo of Compass. After multiple price reductions, the asking price was lowered to $8.25 million in February 2024 before an offer was accepted. The final sale price was $600,000 less than the most recent asking price. As Doherty had no children, proceeds from the sale will go to her mother, Rosa. Doherty was in the process of divorcing her third husband, Kurt Iswarienko, at the time of her passing, with the divorce finalized two days after her death.
