Saucony Launches "Space Cowboy" Collection With Five Shoe Styles

Saucony has launched its "Space Cowboy" Collection, a new line of footwear that merges futuristic runner aesthetics with Americana-inspired Western motifs. This expansive collection features five distinct silhouettes, encompassing archival runners, lifestyle footwear, and modern performance models. The shoes included in this collection are the Progrid Triumph 4, Progrid V2, 586i, Endorphin Elite 3, and Endorphin Azura.

The ProGrid Triumph 4 "Space Cowboy" is presented as the collection's most overtly futuristic interpretation. It features a layered design with burnt-orange mesh and leather, complemented by high-shine chrome overlays and Saucony branding. Decorative elements include brown-and-white cow-print hair covering portions of the toe and heel, along with black accents and speckled rope-style laces that enhance the shoe's layered appearance.

In contrast, the ProGrid V2 adopts a warmer aesthetic, combining white mesh with cognac-toned leather panels. These leather sections are detailed with decorative Western-style stitching. Metallic chrome accents are applied around the toe and heel, providing a contrasting metallic element. The theme is further reinforced by tufts of cow-print hair around the collar, evoking a ranch-inspired feel.

The 586i "Space Cowboy" diverges from the animal-print theme, drawing inspiration more directly from traditional Western boots. This model features a predominantly black leather upper, highlighted by prominent white contrast stitching. Embroidered motifs adorn the toe and side panels, and braided black-and-white laces contribute to a strong graphic effect. A distinctive feature is the wide fringed tongue panel, secured by metallic studs, which adds a tassel-like finish reminiscent of Western leatherwork. The silhouette is completed with a translucent brown gum sole, offering a softer, vintage character compared to the more metallic ProGrid models.

The Endorphin Elite 3 is characterized by a technical black mesh upper, accented with brown suede-like materials around the tongue and collar. A cow-print band wraps above its exaggerated, mirror-like sole unit, further integrating the collection's thematic elements.
