Salomon Opens Fourth NYC Store in Flatiron District

Salomon officially opened its newest retail location, the Salomon Flatiron Flagship Store, in New York City on July 1, 2026. This marks the French outdoor brand's fourth storefront in the metropolitan area and features its most comprehensive product assortment in North America. The store spans 4,390 square feet and offers a balanced mix of performance gear and sportstyle apparel and footwear, including items for road, gravel, and trail running, hiking, and lifestyle collections.

The flagship store incorporates bespoke design elements reflecting New York City's culture. A floor-to-ceiling glass graphic displays a map of the five boroughs and the New York City Marathon route. Additionally, a feature wall behind the cash wrap is constructed from reclaimed Williamsburg brick, referencing Manhattan's historic architecture and grounding the technical retail space in its urban heritage.

Salomon's President and CEO, Guillaume Meyzenq, led a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the soft opening, which also included a community run. The store plans to host future community events, offer custom gear customization services, and feature local programming. The Salomon Flatiron store is now open to the public at 141 5th Ave, New York, NY 10010.
