Ryan Seacrest Snags $4.5 Million Profit on Sale of His 40-Acre Napa Valley Estate—but Falls Shy of His $22 Million Asking Price

Ryan Seacrest sold his 40-acre Napa Valley estate for $18.5 million this week, a figure that falls short of his initial $22 million asking price from summer 2024. The property, located in St. Helena, was relisted multiple times after the initial listing was removed shortly after its debut. By April of this year, the asking price had been reduced to $18.8 million before the final sale price was settled at $18.5 million. Records indicate Seacrest purchased the estate through an LLC for $14 million in 2020. Assuming his renovation costs did not exceed $4.5 million, he is expected to realize a profit on the sale. The buyer, whose identity remains undisclosed, acquired a 10,750-square-foot main residence with five bedrooms and six bathrooms, along with a guesthouse, cottage, and pool. The property, originally built in 2004, underwent a significant remodel in 2023/2024, described as blending "timeless elegance with a fresh, light-filled space tailored for today's modern lifestyle." Seacrest had previously expressed admiration for the estate's views.
