Royal Mail boss’s pay package soars to £6.9m despite profits slide

Martin Seidenberg, chief executive of International Distribution Services (IDS), the parent company of Royal Mail, received a pay and bonus package totaling £6.9 million for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. This represents more than a threefold increase from the £2.1 million he earned in the previous year.
