The Craig Tann Group achieved significant national recognition in the real estate sector, securing the No. 10 spot for sales volume and the No. 3 spot for transaction sides among mega teams on RealTrends Verified’s latest rankings. The Las Vegas-based team reported just under $486 million in sales volume across 877 transaction sides in the past year. This performance also placed them at No. 1 in Nevada for both volume and transaction sides.
This sustained growth marks over a decade of expansion for the team, founded by Craig Tann in 2012. Tann also established the independent brokerage Huntington & Ellis in 2016, which reported $1.44 billion in sales volume across 2,496 transaction sides in 2025 and has grown to 175 agents. Despite a challenging housing market characterized by elevated mortgage rates and slower sales activity, Tann stated in an interview with HousingWire that the company has experienced consistent annual growth averaging between 15% and 20% since its inception.
Tann attributed this consistent growth to a rigorous hiring process and high hiring standards, which attract quality agents seeking a high-achieving environment. The Craig Tann Group comprises 40 agents operating under the Huntington & Ellis brokerage. The team's expansion has also led to the opening of a second office in Henderson, Nevada, addressing space constraints at their primary location.
