Realtors Property Resource Names New Chief Strategy, Product Officers

Realtors Property Resource (RPR), a real estate data platform and subsidiary of the National Association of Realtors, announced the promotions of Emily Line to Chief Strategy Officer and Janine Sieja to Chief Product Officer on March 18, 2024. These appointments signify an expansion of the responsibilities both executives previously held within the organization as RPR continues to develop its suite of products and services tailored for Realtors, brokerages, associations, and multiple listing services (MLS).

In her new role as Chief Strategy Officer, Emily Line will be responsible for overseeing member experience, broker services, industry relations with associations and MLSs, and commercial services. Line joined Realtors Property Resource in 2012, bringing experience from her previous work in commercial outreach at the National Association of Realtors (NAR). She played a key role in developing RPR's commercial platform and has also served as a mentor for emerging real estate technology companies through TechStars and NAR REACH. Additionally, she previously sat on the advisory board for CommissionTrac.

Janine Sieja, who has been a leader in product development since 2018, will continue to lead this area as Chief Product Officer. Under her guidance, RPR has undertaken significant modernization efforts, including updating its website and mobile applications, enhancing data capabilities, and upgrading its platform infrastructure. The company reported a substantial increase in user engagement, with average 90-day user activity rising by 35% from 255,000 in 2018 to 344,000 in 2026. Sieja also contributes to the industry through her board positions with the Real Estate Standards Organization and the City of Minneapolis Advisory Committee on Housing.

Realtors Property Resource operates an exclusive online real estate database that encompasses over 160 million residential and commercial properties across the United States. CEO Jeff Young expressed confidence in the newly appointed officers, stating, “Emily and Janine are exceptional leaders whose leadership has helped make RPR the trusted resource it is today.” He further elaborated that Line's strategic vision and industry relationships, combined with Sieja's focus on product innovation, will be instrumental in RPR's continued delivery of empowering technology for Realtors and strengthening the broader real estate industry.
