Puma and Masu Launch Third Capsule Collection

Puma has collaborated with Masu, a label directed by Shinpei Goto, to launch their third capsule collection. This latest offering is themed around "Puma before Puma existed," focusing on reinterpretations of iconic Puma archives, specifically the T7 track jacket and the SUEDE sneakers. The collection integrates decorative elements commonly found on Victorian jackets into modern apparel and footwear. Key pieces include the "Puma x Masu Curio Suede" sneakers, which draw inspiration from the CRACK, the precursor to the Puma Suede introduced in 1968. These sneakers feature a design that represents the exterior and lining of a Victorian jacket using suede and canvas. Decorative speed hooks are incorporated, and the lace tag is adorned with a foil-stamped angel and a distressed finish. The "Curio Suede" is available in "IvoryxBlack" and comes in sizes ranging from 22.5 to 30.0 cm, with a price of 22,000 yen. Complementing the sneakers is the "Puma x Masu T7 Curio Track Jacket." This track jacket is based on the T7 model, which first debuted in 1968, and incorporates motifs from Victorian jackets. It features multiple buttons and flap pockets, with the Puma Cat logo placed on the left chest and Masu's signature angel motif on the sleeve. The track jacket is offered in "Black" and is available in sizes from XS to XL, priced at 28,000 yen. The collection also includes the "Puma x Masu Flying Angel Socks," which are long-hose socks featuring an angel monogram. These socks display the Puma Cat on the front and the Masu logo on the toe, with a design that visually corresponds to the angel on the "Curio Suede" sneaker's lace tag. The socks are available in "Black" in one free size and retail for 2,500 yen. All prices mentioned include tax. The Puma x Masu capsule collection became available for purchase starting Monday, October 12.
