Pete Davidson Cuts Another $255K Off Price of Upstate New York Home After Moving Back to Staten Island

Pete Davidson reduced the asking price of his upstate New York home by $255,000 this week, bringing the total reduction to over $600,000 since listing the property in February. The comedian initially listed the four-bedroom, three-bathroom home in North Salem for $2.5 million, but has since lowered the price multiple times. The latest price cut brings the asking price to just under $1.9 million, a significant drop from the $1.95 million he paid for the property in 2023. Davidson reportedly purchased the home with the intention of selling it within a year, even joking about the sale with a character named Chad on "Saturday Night Live." The property sits on 6 acres and was previously occupied by Davidson and his former partner, Elsie Hewitt, with whom he welcomed a daughter, Scottie Rose, in December. Reports of Davidson and Hewitt's split emerged in May, a few months after their daughter's birth. Davidson's decision to sell the upstate home appears to be part of his desire to fully relocate back to Staten Island.
