Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco Opens Reservations for April 2027

The Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco, a new luxury hotel, has begun accepting reservations for stays commencing April 1, 2027. This property is the latest addition to the Park Hyatt portfolio, known for its high-tier luxury accommodations that can be booked using World of Hyatt points. The hotel aims to provide a prime destination experience, integrating locally inspired art, design, and cuisine.

Upon its opening next spring, the Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco will feature a total of 155 guestrooms and 38 suites. The hotel is also integrated with the Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco Residences, comprising 27 private residences situated on the upper floors of the 30-story tower. The architectural design of the entire tower was conceptualized by Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos, a Mexican architecture firm established in 1937, with the goal of creating an "immersive, art gallery-like experience." The hotel's commitment to art is further demonstrated by its onsite contemporary Mexican art collection, which includes works by internationally acclaimed artists such as Damián Ortega and Michelle Aubert.

The hotel's culinary offerings are designed to reflect local influences, featuring four distinct indoor and outdoor dining venues. These venues are intended to guide guests through an "immersive culinary journey across Mexico." Additional amenities include a rooftop pool and a full-service spa that provides treatments drawing inspiration from traditional Mexican practices. The property's location is a significant feature, situated on the periphery of Chapultepec Park, one of the largest urban parks in the Western Hemisphere. This placement offers guests convenient access to the park's numerous museums, gardens, and recreational paths, including extensive walking and cycling trails.

The surrounding Polanco neighborhood is recognized as one of Mexico City's most affluent and pedestrian-friendly districts. It is renowned for its distinguished art scene, a high concentration of Michelin-recognized restaurants, and a selection of luxury designer boutiques. The hotel's proximity to Chapultepec Park allows guests to enjoy views of the park's extensive forested areas from within the hotel, while also being a short distance from its cultural and natural attractions.
