Oukitel Unveils Rugged Tablet, Solar Laptop, and Home Batteries

Oukitel has introduced a range of new products, including a rugged industrial tablet, a laptop featuring an integrated solar panel, and home solar battery systems, at the IFA 2026 trade show. The company, known for its durable mobile devices, is expanding its portfolio to cater to industrial, professional, and home energy needs.

The Oukitel RT7 Titan 5G, a rugged tablet, is designed for demanding environments. It boasts a 10.1-inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, making it suitable for detailed work and navigation. Under the hood, it is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 720 processor, paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, which can be expanded via a microSD card. The tablet's key feature is its massive 32,000mAh battery, capable of providing extended usage without frequent recharging, a critical factor for industrial applications. For connectivity, it supports 5G networks, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5.1. The device also includes a 48MP main camera and a 32MP front-facing camera, along with an 8MP thermal imaging camera, enhancing its utility for inspections and diagnostics. Its ruggedness is certified by IP68 and IP69K ratings, indicating resistance to dust, water, and high-pressure jets, as well as MIL-STD-810H compliance for drop and shock resistance.

Alongside the tablet, Oukitel presented the Oukitel P50, a laptop designed for users who require power independence. This laptop features a 15.6-inch Full HD display and is equipped with an integrated solar panel on its lid. This allows the device to charge its battery using sunlight, offering a sustainable power solution for outdoor work or areas with limited access to conventional power sources. The specific battery capacity and charging speeds via solar power were not detailed, but the concept addresses a growing demand for eco-friendly and portable computing. The laptop's specifications, including processor, RAM, and storage, are expected to be competitive for general productivity tasks.

Further diversifying its offerings, Oukitel also unveiled its home solar battery systems. These systems are aimed at providing homeowners with a reliable and sustainable source of backup power and reducing reliance on the grid. The company announced two models: the Oukitel P1000 and the Oukitel P2000. The P1000 model has a capacity of 1000Wh, while the P2000 offers a larger capacity of 2000Wh. Both units are designed to store solar energy generated by rooftop panels or to be charged from the grid during off-peak hours. They feature multiple output ports, including AC outlets and USB ports, allowing users to power a variety of home appliances and electronic devices. The P1000 and P2000 are positioned as solutions for energy independence, emergency preparedness, and reducing electricity bills. The company stated that these battery systems are built with safety and longevity in mind, utilizing high-quality battery cells and advanced battery management systems.
