ONE Sotheby’s International Realty Appoints Shelley Figueroa Sales Director

ONE Sotheby’s International Realty appointed Shelley Figueroa as sales director within its development division on an unspecified date. Figueroa will be responsible for overseeing sales at the Anantara Miami Resort & Residences. She brings over 15 years of experience in luxury residential real estate development to the role. According to the brokerage, Figueroa has been instrumental in transactions exceeding $3 billion throughout her career.

Daniel de la Vega, president and CEO of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, stated that Figueroa has established an "exceptional reputation" for her ability to drive luxury development sales and achieve results. He emphasized that her expertise will be crucial as the company expands its development portfolio along Florida's East Coast, supporting developer partners and enhancing the team. Figueroa has previously contributed to numerous south Florida condominium projects, including 600 Miami Worldcenter, The Crosby, 501 First Residences, Paramount Miami Worldcenter, Brickell TEN, ArteCity South Beach, and JEM Miami Worldcenter.

Figueroa's professional background encompasses key aspects of the development process, including pricing strategy, inventory management, floor plan optimization, and sales operations. She expressed enthusiasm for ONE Sotheby’s International Realty's current impact on new development.
