LAKH x Mizuno Release WAVE PROPHECY STRAP "THE KNOT-LINK"

Hong Kong-based streetwear label LAKH has partnered with Mizuno to release the WAVE PROPHECY STRAP “THE KNOT-LINK” sneaker on July 17. This collaboration merges Mizuno's running technology with LAKH's streetwear aesthetic, drawing inspiration from sprint spikes and reinterpreting knotting techniques.

The sneaker features a highly functional, one-action adjustable strap system for easy wear and a secure fit. The "KNOT-LINK" theme is expressed through a textural, intricate upper that blends traditional knotting with contemporary, utilitarian design. The shoe is built upon Mizuno's performance-driven tooling, specifically its INFINITY WAVE sole.

The INFINITY WAVE sole is characterized by its bold, architectural hollow structure, engineered for superior shock absorption. This technology also aims to prevent midsole collapse during extended use, ensuring durability for everyday wear. The collaborative sneaker is priced at $1,499 HKD, approximately $191 USD, and will be available through LAKH and Mizuno.

This partnership highlights the growing trend of streetwear brands collaborating with established athletic footwear companies to create unique, hybrid products. The WAVE PROPHECY STRAP “THE KNOT-LINK” aims to appeal to consumers seeking both style and advanced performance in their footwear.
