These strikes hit a dormitory at a local university and an industrial facility, reportedly causing casualties. Russian authorities claimed to have intercepted multiple drones, but acknowledged damage and casualties. The governor of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, confirmed the attacks and stated that emergency services were responding.
