Moebius Entertainment Acquires Global Rights to 'Happily Ever After'

Hong Kong-based international sales company Moebius Entertainment has acquired the worldwide sales rights, excluding Taiwan, for "Happily Ever After," the second feature film directed by Taiwanese filmmaker Fiona Roan Feng-I. This acquisition comes ahead of the film's world premiere, which is scheduled to take place in the Special Presentations section of the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). The deal signifies a renewed collaboration between Moebius Entertainment founder and CEO, Winnie Lau, and Fiona Roan Feng-I, following their previous work together.

"Happily Ever After" is described as a romantic comedy that delves into the complexities of modern relationships and societal expectations surrounding marriage. The film stars Taiwanese actors Ke Jia-yan and Austin Lin in the lead roles. The narrative follows a couple navigating the pressures of engagement and the potential for their relationship to unravel as they confront their individual desires and the realities of commitment.
