Miami Realtors + RWorld Merges With Treasure Coast Association

Miami Realtors + RWorld announced its merger with Martin County Realtors of the Treasure Coast this week, marking the organization's second significant consolidation in just over two months. This strategic union creates a unified association and multiple listing service (MLS) that now encompasses five counties in southeast Florida: Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie. The combined entity will serve approximately 94,000 members, solidifying its position as the nation's third-largest MLS, according to organizational leaders.

Dionna Hall, co-CEO of Miami Realtors + RWorld, stated that the merger is focused on building a robust future for the organization. She highlighted that the addition of Martin County Realtors of the Treasure Coast reinforces this vision by delivering enhanced data, innovation, advocacy, and opportunities that individual associations might not achieve alone. Hall is slated to become the sole CEO of the organization in 2027. This merger is expected to yield the most comprehensive MLS dataset for South Florida and fully integrate the Treasure Coast market into the regional MLS network.

This development follows Miami Realtors' earlier merger with Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors (RWorld) in April. Teresa King Kinney, also a co-CEO of Miami Realtors + RWorld, emphasized the unified nature of the real estate corridor from Miami-Dade to St. Lucie, spanning nearly 120 miles. She expressed honor in welcoming the professionals and programs of Martin County Realtors of the Treasure Coast.

Martin County Realtors of the Treasure Coast, founded in 1926, brings nearly a century of experience and its established Market Watch program to the merged entity. Janet O’Brien, CEO of Martin County Realtors of the Treasure Coast, noted the overwhelming support from her members for a future offering greater opportunities. She affirmed that the merger respects the legacy of Martin County Realtors while providing expanded benefits to its members.
