Ryan Wigglesworth is the featured artist at this year's Aldeburgh Festival, opening the event with his preferred opera. Wigglesworth, who first visited Aldeburgh as a teenager, holds multiple significant roles in the music world. He has been a professor at the Royal Academy of Music in London since 2019.
